- Technical Data: The App may collect technical data, such as device information, to ensure that only company-authorized devices (phones, tablets, and desktops) are used to access the App.
- Location Data: The App collects location data in the background to achieve company policies and ensure that internal workflows operate efficiently.
- Type of Data Collected: Approximate and/or precise location (depending on device settings).
- Purpose: The collection of location data is necessary for verifying employee presence in authorized locations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and optimizing internal workflow operations.
- Storage & Sharing: Location data is not shared with third parties and is retained only for internal company use, security, and compliance purposes.
Purpose of Data Collection
We collect technical data and location data solely for the following purposes:
- Authentication: To verify that only authorized employees and agents are accessing the App.
- Workflow Management: To ensure employees and agents are following internal workflow processes and meeting company expectations.
- Analytics: To track and monitor the performance and stability of the App using Google Analytics and Firebase.
Use of Third-Party Services
We use Google Analytics and Firebase for analytics purposes to understand how the App is performing and to monitor its usage in a secure and encrypted manner. No personal or sensitive data is shared with these third-party services.
Data Sharing
We do not share any data with third parties. The data collected is used solely for internal company purposes, as described above.
Employee Rights and Data Access
Employees can control location access via their device settings. However, disabling location permissions may affect the functionality of the App and limit its ability to ensure compliance with company policies and workflows.
As this App is for company use only, data is automatically removed and access is disabled when an employee resigns or is no longer associated with the company. There is no opt-out option, as this App is specifically designed to support company operations and internal communication.
Data Retention and Security
We retain employee data only until the employee resigns or leaves the company. Upon resignation, all data associated with the employee will be deleted, and the account will be deactivated. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption, to protect the security of your information.

All data collected and stored by the App is encrypted and secured. We use industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of your information.

The App is intended solely for employees and agents of Elite Merit Real Estate who are at least 18 years of age or older, in accordance with UAE law. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
