UAE Ranks Among the World's Top 10 Governments in 2026 Global Index 

The UAE has officially secured a spot among the world's top-performing governments, ranking 9th globally and 1st in the region in the 2026 Chandler Good Government Index (CGGI).

The index measures government effectiveness across 133 countries, assessing leadership, public services, institutional strength, and economic management. The UAE ranked first globally in government innovation, strategic priority-setting, flexibility in implementing plans, and budget surplus measures. It also placed second worldwide in government service satisfaction, adaptability, and employment indicators, and third globally in long-term vision and institutional coordination.
