Company Driver
As the Company Driver at Elite Merit Real Estate, you will be responsible for safely transporting staff and clients to various locations, ensuring a professional, punctual, and safe experience
Role overview
You will maintain the cleanliness and operational condition of the company vehicle, ensuring the timely and efficient movement of staff and clients.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport company staff or clients to designated locations, including meetings, property viewings, and events.
- Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good working order, conducting regular checks on vehicle condition.
- Report any vehicle issues or accidents immediately to the Office Manager or appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety and punctuality at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading personal items or materials for clients or staff, as needed.
- Maintain an organized logbook of trips, vehicle maintenance, and fuel usage.
- Coordinate with the HR Manager to ensure transportation needs are met, adjusting schedules as required.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a comfortable and professional experience for staff and clients.
- Safely transport sensitive documents or materials between locations when necessary.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a driver, preferably in a corporate or real estate setting
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws, road safety, and basic vehicle maintenance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage schedules and work in a time-sensitive environment
- Professional, courteous, and dependable attitude when interacting with clients and staff
- Proficient in driving both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Familiarity with GPS systems and maps for efficient route planning
- Basic knowledge of vehicle upkeep, maintenance, and safety procedures
- Valid UAE driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns in the UAE
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends or evenings, as needed
- Ability to assist with light lifting or carrying when necessary
