Role overview

This is a hands-on role combining recruitment coordination, HR administration, document control, employee support and employer-brand content. You will communicate with candidates every day, keep HR records accurate, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and help show prospective employees what it is like to build a career at Elite Merit. The role is designed to grow. The successful candidate should want to learn the full HR function and progressively take ownership of more processes as their capability develops.

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Candidate Management - Source suitable candidates through LinkedIn and other approved recruitment channels.
Onboarding & New Starter Coordination - Collect required joining documents and follow up until the file is complete. Prepare onboarding packs, standard forms and joining information.
HR Administration & Document Management - Maintain complete and accurate electronic employee files. Apply consistent file naming, storage and document-control standards
Employer Brand & HR Marketing - Appear in and help produce recruitment and employer-brand videos for LinkedIn, Instagram and other channels. Work with Marketing to plan and create vacancy, culture, employee-story and careers content.
Employee Support & Engagement - Act as a first point of contact for straightforward HR administration questions and escalate sensitive or complex matters. Coordinate birthdays, work anniversaries, employee recognition and engagement initiatives.
Attendance & HR Operations - Assist with reviewing attendance records and checking that absences, meetings and attendance exceptions are properly recorded. Follow up on missing routine information and prepare attendance summaries for HR Manager review.
Reporting & Organisation - Maintain clear weekly visibility of recruitment activity, interviews, outstanding documents, new starters and open HR actions. Prepare concise updates for the HR Manager and flag risks or overdue items early.

Requirements

Strong written and spoken English.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicating professionally through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email and face to face.
Comfortable appearing on camera and participating in social-media content.
Able to handle confidential information with maturity and discretion.
Comfortable using spreadsheets, document systems and modern workplace technology.
Proactive working style: follows through, chases outstanding actions and raises issues early.
Genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources.
Knowledge of UAE employment administration, visas or medical-insurance processes.
Experience in real estate or another fast-paced sales environment.
